The Speaker waived the Health & Social Services Committee referral             
for the following at the request of Representative Bunde, Co-chair:            
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 18(FIN)                                                
"An Act relating to an advisory vote during regional educational              
attendance area school board elections; and providing for an

The Speaker waived the Community & Regional Affairs Committee                  
referral for CSSB 18(FIN) at the request of Representative Ivan, Co-           
chair.                                                                         
                                                                               
The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for CSSB 18(FIN)             
at the request of Representative Hanley, Co-chair.                             
                                                                               
CSSB 18(FIN) was removed from the Health & Social Services                     
Committee and was referred to the Rules Committee for placement on             
the calendar.
